Shipping, Handling and Delivery Policy
Bulkagsupply.com.au has built and will continue to build an extensive distribution network to ensure your products arrive to you fast and in the condition you expect it to arrive. Because of our large range of products, we ensure we select the most appropriate method of shipping that takes into consideration the size, quantity, Dangerous Goods Class, temperature sensitivity and nature of the product.
Bulkagsupply.com.au distributes its products out of a variety of warehouse spread across Australia in order to ensure you receive the best possible shipping rates.
When a product is marked “free shipping”, that product only qualifies for free shipping. If your purchase consists of a variety of products of which only some are marked for free shipping, then only those products will be receive free shipping. The remainder of the products not marked for free shipping will attract a shipping fee.
Depending on the variety of products that form part of your total purchase, products may be shipped direct from a number of suppliers and hence may arrive in separate deliveries. We aim to find the nearest dispatching warehouse for your purchases in order to offer you the best and cheapest delivery option.
Bulkagsupply.com.au offer product for sale in a purchasing window. Once the purchasing window closes for a specific product, the product will be shipped within 24-48 from your nearest dispatching warehouse. Even though in many cases shipping will take less than 5 days, we please ask to allow for 5-10 days for delivery due to the large geographical size of Australia and the fact that we predominantly transact with farmers who live in the rural and remote areas of our country.
Bulkagsupply.com.au aim to delivery straight to your door/farm. However, in some cases this is not always possible. We will inform you in the event of this occurring and organise an alternative point of pick-up which will most likely be you nearest shipping depot. For larger products ordered, please ensure that unloading machinery such as a forklift is available to unload should the products be delivered to any address other than the nearest depot. In the event that you do not have unloading equipment available, please indicate this to bulkag.it-iss.com by ticking the “I do not have a forklift to unload products” checkbox and we will deliver to your nearest shipping depot.
Bulkagsupply.com.au does not offer any pick-up option for purchases. As mentioned, we make use of various suppliers and warehouses throughout Australia to get you best price for your products and its shipping.
Returns and Refund Policy
Bulkagsupply.com.au has made it its mission to provide agricultural products at the cheapest possible price. We do however ensure we provide quality products from reputable manufacturers that meet Australian Standards and/or comply with APVMA (Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicine Authority) registration regulations. Bulkagsupply.com.au’s business model is to operate in a very streamline manner and hence at a very small margin. We also do not provide any product advisory services and assume that the product/s purchased from bulkag.it-iss.com is made by, or by recommendation of, a professional qualified to provide such advice. The nature of products sold by bulkag.it-iss.com, the operating structure of bulkag.it-iss.com, and the nature of the agriculture industry dictates strict returns and refund policy.
Bulkagsupply.com.au however does respect the rights of our customers in terms of their returns and refunds as provided by the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission). Please refer to your rights by clicking on the following link, https://www.accc.gov.au/.
Bulkagsupply.com.au will under no circumstances accept returns or provide refunds for customised products or products no longer needed due to change of mind. The sale occurs when the product is purchased and not when the purchasing window closes. Returns, refunds and cancellations will be treated on case by case bases. In the event that a return or cancellation is accepted and an operational charge is applicable, 20% will be retained by bulkag.it-iss.com.
In the event that your products arrive damaged as result of freight and shipping, bulkag.it-iss.com is to be notified within 48 hours after receival of goods. Proof of purchase, the signed delivery docket indicating products arrived damaged, photographic evidence of the damage and product serial number and batch number information is to be e-mailed to admin@bulkag.it-iss.comfor investigation.
Should a return be authorised, bulkag.it-iss.com will provide a clear set of returns instructions. A set returns address cannot be provided at this stage as we source our products from various warehouses and locations across Australia.

Bulkagsupply.com.au is focused on providing products at the cheapest possible price. Our express intention is in the supply of agricultural inputs only. We do not, nor intend to, provide any agricultural advice or services. The information we provide on our website is derived directly from suppliers and we do not take any responsibility for any direct or indirect losses or damages to property, crops, livestock or individuals. We provide Safety Data Sheets where applicable and required however no representation is given, warranty made or responsibility taken as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information given and bulkag.it-iss.com and its employees will not be liable to any individual or client for any loss or damage arising as a result of the client relying on any such information or recommendation contained in this website (except in so far as statutory liability cannot be excluded). We strive to source only quality products from quality suppliers. All products, where applicable, complies with Australian standards and regulations. We assume that the end-user relies on his/her judgement and skill, or their own independent farm adviser's judgement or skill to select correct and fit for purpose products for purchase and in the use of these products.
Although bulkag.it-iss.com aims to have its products for sale for the entire duration of the purchasing window attached to the product, bulkag.it-iss.com reserves the right to end the purchasing window at any time. This may occur when supplier limits supply due to manufacturing limitations. It must also be noted that when the purchasing window closes all sales attached to that purchasing window will be honoured, future sales for that product is not guaranteed and may not be available in future purchasing windows.
